We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please let us know immediately. All claims for these issues must be submitted to us within 30 days after the product has been received. If the error is on our end, we will cover the cost of a replacement or refund at our expense.
If your order hasn't arrived and you suspect it is lost in transit, please submit a claim to us no later than 30 days after your estimated delivery date.
Because our items are printed to order, we do not accept exchanges or refunds for buyer’s remorse. Please double-check our sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! If you provide an address that the courier considers insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for the reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
